With the arrival of this new luxury hotel, the unique dune landscape and the popular Domburg seaside resort will receive an enormous boost.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<p>With the launch of the new website <a href=\"http:\/\/onevillahoteldomburg.nl\/en\/\">onevillahoteldomburg.nl<\/a> , investors and coastal enthusiasts can follow the developments surrounding the arrival of 20 very luxurious hotel suites by the sea. \u201cAt the end of last year, the municipality of Veere took an important next step in improving the quality of the Nehalennia dune area in Domburg,\u201d says project developer Ko van Garderen. \u201cIn addition to the high-quality adjustment of the dune landscape and the public space, it was also decided to replace the existing hotels. Nowhere else in the Netherlands you can find a hotel as close to the sea as here.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<p><strong>Investors<\/strong> <strong>are lining up<\/strong><br \/>Only a few investors in recreational real estate or people who just want something unique will soon be eligible for the purchase of a suite. \u201cInvestors can invest in a hotel suite with a stable value\u201d, explains Van Garderen. \u201cIn addition to the unique property by the sea, it is an investment with an annual direct return. Bovendien mogen de eigenaren buiten het seizoen ook gebruikmaken van hun eigen hotelsuite. We hebben er maar 20, dus uitsluitend een select aantal kan profiteren als belegger. Vooralsnog hebben zich al meer dan genoeg belangstellenden gemeld.
